These were sold to me as tiny red nerites, but I'm not positive they are nerites. I have also seen them sold as mongo snail shells, (also becoming quite rare.) However, as you will notice, they are more of an orange-brown instead of a true red. At any rate, they are pretty colorful (not dyed) shells.
I have sorted these into 2 sizes. The tiny ones average 3/16". The slightly larger ones are still under 1/4".
There are 30 perfect mini shells in each package. These tiny shells are getting very hard to find.
I have washed and sorted these out to give you only good shells.
