This rather feathery material is beautiful. The individual starnds are about an inch long. I'm not sure of the original purpose of it. But I envision possiblilities of using it for mini trim or decorating, by cutting the strands to the lengh and shape desired.
It is a nylon- polyester- viscose blend made in Italy.
