I came across this tinsel called flower hair. It is normally used for trimming full size Christmas projects. But it has such fine strands that it should be perfect for mini work. It is much finer than an average human hair. It should be great for stretching out and sperading over a tree. Or separate the strands and use as bits of tinsel. It could be used for any decorating that requires a super fine thread.
