What is the minimum order?
There is never a minimum. Your order is important to me, regardless of its size.

You don't need a PayPal account to use it. It is safe and secure. You can use your credit card or bank account with them. PayPal will guide you through the steps.Do not email your credit card information to me.
If you want to email or call to place your order, I can still bill you through PayPal to your email address, if you like.

What form of payments do you accept?
United States -- PayPal is the preferred method of payment.
PayPal is a safe, secure way to send money online. You can use PayPal, even if you don't have an account with them. They will accept your credit card. Please don't send me your credit card information. All credit card transactions must go through PayPal.
I will also accept money orders & checks within the US. Orders will be shipped on receipt of a money order. Checks will not be accepted unless you contact me for pre-approval. I may delay shipment until the check clears the bank.

What are your shipping rates for US & CANADA?
Inside United States
First Class -- Any Amount -- $4.50
Inside United States
Priority -- Any Amount -- $7.50.
Inside Canada
Up to approximately $100.00 First Class International -- $10.50
Over $100.00 Priority International -- $22.50
Additional postage may apply due to excess weight, needs an oversize Priority box or if the value greatly exceeds $100.00. In that case, I will notify you.

Do you ship outside of US & Canada?
Intercontinental
We ship almost anywhere that the United States Postal System serves. However, we reserve the right to refuse an order from any country for any reason-- due to poor postal delivery, too many lost packages, civil unrest, etc.
Priority International - $27.00 (If it will fit in a small flat rate priority box. If it needs a larger box, I'll contact you with other options and charges.) You can use the regular Check Out system. Most of my orders will fit in one of these boxes.
If you prefer to have it sent First Class, email your order to me and I will figure the cost and contact you with options.
I am not responsible for any customs charges or fees associated with international orders.Accurate Customs forms will be attached to the packages.

Are there any exceptions to the shipping rates listed at Checkout?
There are a few times that the rates at Checkout can be adjusted.
1. If you are ordering only a few decals that will fit in a regular envelope, email your order to me. I will adjust the shipping rate and bill you through PayPal.
2. If you feel for some reason that the rate needs to be adjusted, contact me with your concerns.

How long does it take for you to ship my order?
Orders paid for by PayPal are normally shipped in one to two business days.They are shipped from Tuesday through Saturday. Orders received after 4:00 ET on Friday afternoon through Monday morning (the weekend) will normally be packaged on Monday and sent on Tuesday.
In the event there would be a problem that causes a delay, I will contact you at once. Special orders will take longer; you will be notified as to the approximate shipping date.
Orders paid for by money order will be shipped within one or two business days of receiving the payment.
Orders paid for by check may not be shipped until the check clears unless you contact me for preapproval.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact me at once. I will work with you to find a suitable solution.
If you feel that an order needs to be returned, contact me before sending. It must arrive in it's original undamaged condition. You are responsible for the shipping both ways, unless it was an error on my part.
Any problems you have should be reported to me within the first 5 days after receipt of your order.
