What is the minimum order?
There is never a minimum. Your order is important to me, regardless of its size.

What form of payments do you accept?
United States -- PayPal is the preferred method of payment.
I will also accept checks and money orders within the US. I will ship the order on receipt of a money order.
No checks unless you contact me for pre-approval.
Outside of United States -- Please use PayPal.
Please Note: PayPal is a safe, secure way to send money online. You can use PayPal, even if you don't have an account with them. They will accept your credit card. Please don't send me your credit card information. All credit card transactions must go through PayPal.

Where and how do you ship?
United StatesWe ship through the US Postal System, both First Class and Priority.
Canada Normally, it will be sent USPS First Class International. If you need a rush order, please let me know and shipping costs will be figured accordingly.
INTERCONTINENTAL: I will ship Priority International if it will fit in a small flat rate box.If a large order will not fit in a flat rate box, I will email you about additional charges or different shipping options. I can bill you the difference through PayPal or you can cancel the order. If you are ordering a very small amount, you may email me about sending it First Class International at a lesser charge.
We ship anywhere that the United States Postal System serves. However, we reserve the right to refuse an order from any country that we feel is unsafe or unwise to ship to, due to civil unrest, poor postal delivery, etc.

What are your shipping rates?
Inside United States & Canada
$0-$50.00 First Class - $4.50
Inside United States
Any amount -- Priority -- $7.50.
All orders over $50.00 must be shipped Priority.
Inside Canada
Orders over $50.00-- 1st Class International -- $7.50
Priority International- For a Small Flat Rate Box- $16.00
Intercontinental (outside US):
Priority International--20.00 for Small Flat Rate Box

Why do you ship Priority International instead of First Class?
Most orders can be packed in a 9"x 6" x 2" box.
Delivery times for First Class International vary a great deal depending on their destination. Some packages arrive as fast as Priority. But others take a very long time, from 3 weeks to 2 months.The less time a package spends in transit, the less chance there is for loss or breakage.
Priority mail should reach you in 3-6 business days. However, I'm not sure how long it can be delayed in Customs.
You know upfront how much postage will be without emailing me first. Of course, if you have a very small order that you want sent First Class, you can contact me for the cost of postage.
If you are ordering only decals that can go into a regular envelope, email your order. I will add a smaller postage and bill you through PayPal. Or just order online and I will refund the extra postage to you PayPal account.

Do you have any special shipping rates?
My shipping rates are listed and are based on the amount of purchase and destination. So you normally know exactly what shipping and handling costs. I only try to cover my costs and keep them as reasonable as possible. I know that shipping costs are a large consideration when buying online.
An exception to my standard rates:
If you are ordering only a few decals and they can be sent in a regular envelope, email your order to me. I may be able to reduce the postage.
If it is shipped internationally and will not fit in a regular small flat rate box, I may indicate to you that there is an additional charge. If it's a very small order, you may contact me and request shipping charges for First Class International which is less expensive.

How can I place my order?
You can place your order online, by email, by phone or by mail.
International orders must be emailed to me, so I can figure the shipping and handling.
When you are finished shopping, continue to checkout.
Just fill in the information, as indicated. Select your payment option.
You don't need a PayPal account to use it. It is safe and secure. You can use your credit card or bank account with them. Do not email your credit card information to me. PayPal will guide you through the steps.
If you want to mail your order to me, please enclose a money order. On ocassion I will accept a check if you call for pre-approval.
If you want to email or call to place your order, I can still bill you through PayPal to your email address, if you like.

How long does it take for you to ship my order?
Orders payed for by PayPal are normally shipped in one to two business days. In the event there would be a problem that causes a delay, I will contact you at once. Special orders will take longer; you will be notified as to the approximate shipping date.
Orders paid for by money order will be shipped within one or two business of receiving the payment.
Orders paid for by check-Please contact me for preapproval.
If you need an order sent out Express Mail, call or email. I will bill you accordingly through PayPal and send it out as soon as possible.
