I have enjoyed  a home studio in rural Missouri, outside of St. Louis, for over 20 years.

There is never a minimum. Your order is important to me, regardless of its size.

 United States  --  PayPal is the preferred method of payment.

I will also accept checks and money orders within the US. I will ship the order on receipt of a money order. In the case of personal checks, the order will not be shipped until the check clears, unless you contact me for pre-approval.

Canada  --  Please use PayPal.

Please Note: PayPal is a safe, secure way to send money online. You can use PayPal, even if you don't have an account with them. They will accept your credit card. Please don't send me your credit card information. All credit card transactions must go through PayPal.

International  --  Outside of US and Canada --  I will only accept PayPal.  

In the United States -- We ship through the US Postal System, both First Class and Priority.

Outside the United States -- We ship anywhere that is serviced by USPS First Class or Priority International.

Inside United States & Canada --  $0-$50.00 First Class -Uninsured -- $4.00

Inside United States -- Any amount -- Priority --  Insured -- $7.00.
All orders over $50.00 must be shipped Priority and will be insured.

Inside Canada -- 1st Class International -- Uninsured --  $7.00

Inside Canada  --  Any amount --  Priority International -- Insured -- $18.00 (See note)

Outside US & Canada  -- Any Amount  -- 1st Class International - Uninsured - $10.00

Outside US & Canada -- Any Amount -- Priority International -Insured - $20.00 (See note)

 INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY--If your order will fit in a small flat rate priority box supplied by the post office, I will refund $5.00 to your PayPal account because that is the least expensive way to ship.

My shipping rates are listed and are based on the amount of purchase and destination. So you normally know exactly what shipping rates are. I don't try to make money on shipping. I only try to cover my costs and keep them as reasonable as possible. I know that shipping costs are a large consideration when buying online.

There are exceptions to my standard rates:

1. If you need an order immediately and need it shipped EXPRESS, call me. I will figure the appropriate amount and send an invoice for the order to your email address through PayPal.

2. If you are ordering only decals. If they can be sent in a regular envelope, call or email your order to me. I may be able to reduce the postage. This would be especially helpful on mailings outside of the United States.

3. If you have a very small, lightweight order,(for example, lace that can be mailed in a regular envelope) and you feel the rates to be unreasonably expensive, email me. This would be especially helpful for mailings outside the US. If I can reduce the postal fees and still cover my costs, I will be happy to do so. I will figure the weight and destination. Then I will send an invoice to you through PayPal.

4. On International Priority- If I can fit your order into a Flat Fee small Priority mailing box, I will refund $5.00 to your PayPal account.

You can place your order online, by email, by phone or by mail.

When you are finished shopping, continue to checkout.
It will ask you to fill in information for the Shipping Calculator. (Though I don't calculate postage this way, it must be filled out to complete the order.)

Continue on next page with shipping and billing information. If you don't have an email address, you can enter a fake email, as long as it's a complete address (ie: test@test.com). The same can be done for the telephone number. Or call or email me with your order.

Next, you have the option to pay with PayPal, email me your order, call me or print out your order to mail to me with your check or money order.

If you are ordering from outside the United States, you must pay with PayPal.

You don't need a PayPal account to use it. It is safe and secure. You can use your credit card with them. Do not email your credit card information to me.  PayPal will guide you through the steps.

If you want to email or call, I can still bill you through PayPal to your email address, if you like.

Orders payed for by PayPal are normally shipped in one to two business days. In the event there would be a problem that causes a delay, I will contact you at once. Special orders will take longer; you will be notified as to the approximate shipping date.

Orders paid for by money order will be shipped within one or two business of receiving the order.

Orders paid for by check will be delayed for 5 to 7 days to allow time for the check to clear, unless you have contacted me for check approval.

If you need an order sent out Express Mail, call or email. I will bill you accordingly through PayPal and send it out as soon as possible.

Any problems you have should be reported to me within the first 10 days after receipt of your order.
